We believe Everyone Can Cycle and we’ve got a fantastic opportunity to help even more people to learn to cycle. Last year we taught over 400 people to cycle with confidence and to look after their bikes.
It can be difficult for people with hidden conditions, such as autism, to learn to ride, but we believe that cycling is for everyone. We’ve trialled a project that supports people with autism spectrum disorder, dyspraxia and hypermobility to get on their bikes.
Our step by step supportive approach has proved really popular, helping people to grow in confidence and improve their social skills. We’ve got big ambitions to support hundreds of local people with hidden conditions, but we need your support to help the project expand.
Cycle South Brum is shortlisted to receive Aviva Community Funding and we’ve got until the end of the month to generate votes.
Please support Northfield Ecocentre by voting for Cycle South Brum and ask your friends to do the same.
